THE DELIVERY

Most products are produced after your order, so you have to wait 2-12 days before your order is sent, and the delivery time depends on the destination.

Mailings towards France :

Prices depend on the delivery method.

You can choose between several delivery methods :

- Tracked letter La Poste. The letter will be directly put in your letter box, you can track your letter. Once the order is delivered, we are not responsible anymore, if the mail is lost for example.

- Colissimo with signature. The delivery parcel requires a signature at the addressee chosen by the costumer. In case of absence, a delivery notice is put in the customer’s letter box indicating where to collect the parcel. The customer can collect it for 2 weeks. Then the parcel will be re-sent to PRUNIER.

- Mondial Relay. Your order is automatically sent in the closest pickup point. If you want to choose another pickup point, please send a message. The parcel will be available in the pickup point for 2 weeks.

- PRUNIER is based in Paris, you can also pickup your order at the workshop, 163 rue de Rome, 75017 Paris.

The delivery is free when the order is at least 60€ by tracked letter and Mondial Relay towards France, and 3€ by Colissimo with signature.

Watch out, it is impossible to send voluminous orders by tracked letter (cushion for example), if you chose it, we will have to change the delivery method together.

For example if in your order there is a cushion with filling and is more than 60€, you can only have free delivery by Mondial Relay. Of course, there is no problem with voluminous parcels and Colissimo.

 

If you need your order quickly, you can contact us before the purchase and we will send you a cost estimate for an express delivery.

We can also send gifts to others addresses, please contact us during the order.

Prices depend on the delivery method, weight and destination.

You can choose between several delivery methods :

- Colissimo with signature. The delivery parcel requires a signature at the addressee chosen by the costumer. In case of absence, a delivery notice is put in the customer’s letter box indicating where to collect the parcel. The customer can collect it for 2 weeks. Then the parcel will be re-sent to PRUNIER.

In case of absence, a delivery notice is put in the customer’s letter box indicating where to collect the parcel. The customer can collect it for 2 weeks. Then the parcel will be re-sent to PRUNIER.

- Delivengo. The parcel will be directly put in your letter box, you can track your letter. Once the order is delivered, we are not responsible anymore, if the mail is lost for example.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you can exchange it or ask for a repayment. We accept returns until 2 weeks after receipt for unused and undamaged products.

Do not forget to contact us before re sending the product, we will discuss the product to exchange or repay. Once the product received, the exchange or the repayment will be done.

The delivery fee will be paid by the buyer, we advise you to send the product(s) with a tracking.

For exchanges : we send a new order without delivery fees only if the amount of the new order is similar or superior to the exchange.

For the total repayment : the initial order’s delivery fees are not repaid.

For the repayment of an order with free delivery : after the return, if your order is not superior to 60€ anymore, the initial delivery fees will be applied and deduced of the repayment.
